The location is amazing and the view from the property is unbeatable! The natural pool was beautiful and all the facilities were well maintained. There were a few really helpful staff who told us about the bus schedules and helped us with a la carte order and made sure we were comfortable.

We travelled with family and friends so had access to many rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast, lunch & dinner. Nightly entertainment. Friendly staff. Stunning views, large tiered infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Close to cafes, restaurants/bars, shopping area, Shibani Foreign Exchange all within 10 minutes walk. Facilities gym, spa and other activities a bonus. 2 large bottles of water provided daily and daily cleaning service. Tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, towels, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, body wash, hairdryer provided and topped up daily if needed. Air conditioning fantastic. Bed was very comfortable and exhaust fan to remove moisture in bathroom fabulous. Beach/pool areas were clean, lovely and relaxing.

The location was perfect. Secluded but close to all the street food and public beach. We booked tours via the hotel Porter. Snorkeling experience was fantastic via the hotel boat house. The food was outstanding. For seafood lovers this place is paradise. So many options for me a non seafood eater. The baguettes and rolls were the best I've ever had. We did half board which was fantastic as we were able to eat out for lunch but the kids had their main meals,breakfast and dinner on time. Evening entertainment was fantastic with good dancing and djs. The games room had a pool table, fussball and table tennis. The infinity pool was amazing and the pool near the eating area fabulous.

Great location being somewhat secluded but only a 10 mins walk from the centre of flic en flac and the public beach. Massive balcony with fantastic views of the ocean and sunsets. Good buffet selection for breakfast (only booked B&B). 2 excellent pool areas and private beach with sunbeds and 4 very friendly beach dogs. Some water activities included like snorkeling and a glass bottom boat.

Staff. Naming out Yogesh, Florence wating staff and loshny, Preeti etc at reception. Manoj GM was good to deal with any issues. They have 2 nights a week where we dine on the beach with outdoors entertainment.

Pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. The buffet outdoors was a lovely experience. The variety of the buffet was very good, especially the freshly baked pizza's. We loved the evening sun sets in the water. Stunning sun sets.

Reception staff is very nice. Room was very comfortable and clean. Good structure overall. Pools and sunbathing areas are nice. Flic-en-flac is a good place to stay, with a great beach and many restaurants

Everything was WONDERFUL. FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE/FRONT DESK/BAGGAGE AND ROOM ACCOMODATIONS. THE FOOD AND ENTERTAINMENT WAS FABULOUS! Would love to come back and visit plus stay longer Thank you!

There are many places with long chairs, so we never felt over crowded. The room cleaning was efficient and good. Plants are beautiful. The parties on Wednesday and on Saturday were nice.
